To Add Attributes to a Feature Definition of a Job Default

  1. From the list of job defaults in the Job Defaults view, select the job default that you want to edit and choose Job Default Assistant from the Go menu to open the item in the Job Default Assistant.
  2. Or right-click the job default and select Job Default Assistant from the shortcut menu.
  3. Or double-click the job default.
  4. In the Feature Commodity Types folder, double-click the commodity group containing the feature that you want to edit and then double-click the feature to display its attributes.
  5. Select the feature and choose Add Attribute from the Job Default menu to open the Add/Remove Attributes dialog box.
  6. Or select the feature and click the Add Attribute button on the Job Default Assistant toolbar.
  7. Or right-click the feature and choose Add Attribute from the shortcut menu.
  8. Or right-click the feature and choose Add Attribute from the shortcut menu.
  9. In the Attributes column, select the box of the attribute that you want to add and click OK. Note: At this time, you can also remove attributes from the feature definition by clearing their check boxes.
  10. To change the default value of the new attribute, click the current value displayed in the Values column on the Features page of the Job Default Assistant and select a different value from the list of available values.
